Catering is the heart of Yum It Up and the concession business is our soul.

Outdoor food service presents some unusual and challenging situations and we think we have been through just about all of them : Freezing temperatures at Sunshine Daydream, a hurricane at the Lakewood NJ Renaissance Faire, heatstroke, dust, then rain and two feet of mud at Bonnaroo. We have learned to adapt to ever changing conditions and “go with the flow”. At Yum It Up we take our work seriously but ourselves lightly.

We know that a successful Festival Event requires teamwork; within our staff and with the other vendors. The spirit of community that is found while vending at art and music shows is indescribable and that is what keeps us coming back for more.

Depending on the size of the show and what the promoter is looking for we use one or both of these menus:

Asian:

Thai Peanut Noodles

Thai Curried Veggies with Jasmine Rice

Eno Rolls (nori, rice, cucumber, sweet red pepper and cooked crab)

Mexican:

Baja Fish Tacos

Quesadillas (veggie or chicken)

Black Beans and Rice

Frozen Virgin Margaritas

And where permitted: bottled water, organic coffee and frozen mocha cappuccino
